Excellent care by all staff.
Dr. Reid Usedom is a good doctor and I always appreciate him and his staff when I go to the doctors.
My experience with him was not good. I had missed our 1st appt (completely my fault), I rescheduled with his office, apologized profusely and promised I'd definitely be there. Then a month later, soon before the rescheduled appt, they called back to say he canceled my appt and would not see me now. Honestly pretty baffling to run your practice with a 1-strike-and-you're-out policy 🤷♂️
