We had a great experience working with Reid Thompson’s team at Fulton Mortgage! During our initial call, I sensed that Reid and his team would give us the attention that we needed as first-time homebuyers. He was incredibly transparent as well. This held up throughout the process. Even when dozens of documents needed to be submitted/reviewed/signed, instructions were clear. I was able to get the team on the phone with just a few hours’ notice on more than one occasion. We will be recommending Fulton.

Even after we had agreed to a mortgage rate they were equally responsive and efficient in getting us through the whole loan approval process. Even the settlement lawyer we hired said the Fulton team was great to work with!
