Terrible Customer Service! – I am currently renting a house from them and have been requesting the repairs of leaky faucets and lack of insullation in the home for 6 months with no success. These issues are costing me an extra $150 a month. I asked the agency to ask the owner for a rental credit or to send someone out to make the repairs and they told me that the owner never responds to the repair requests every time they send it to him and that there is nothing they can do about it. PLEASE STAY AWAY – Please do not use this company. they do not ever answer the phone or respond to messages. the accounting department is a disaster and they are unable to keep accurate records. they have screwed up my rental property so bad and to cover up their mistakes they were going to evict my tenant and blame her. they make you pay for a full year of management services up front and then when these problems start and you want to discontinue service with them, they take forever to refund you the money.
