my husband and i called them to have our whole house rewired and we called to schedule an appt, they emailed us an estimate and said they'd be by wednesday the next week. they never came on wednesday, they came on thursday, barely did anything, didn't come back again until monday, spliced two rooms together and left it at that. called his wife who happens to be the receptionist as well and gave her the whatfor and she claimed he's been working on our house every day from 8 in the morning til 2 in the afternoon, which is a li... read more

Unbelievable!! I called and scheduled an appointment to have a light fixture installed. After waiting an hour past the appointment time I called and asked if the electrician was coming. The receptionist told me that she couldn't reach the owner and didn't know when the electrician would show up! She told me that she would call me and let me know when I could expect to see the electrician. I told her this is rediculous and to cancel my appointment. I called this company out for a estimate to split up a few circuits and they were very prompt. After I agreed to the price them came out to do the job the next morning. They came early got the work done efficiently, cleaned up their area and left. They were very professional and funny. Will definitely use again matter of fact will call after labor day my attic fan tripping

The ice storm of 2007 knocked my power out. Reid & Reid came to hook my power back up. I had asked them to call before they came; they did not. Instead of using metal conduit, they used PVC, the cheap alternative that is not nearly as strong. They did not hook the service line to my house even though it was disconnected by another electrician. They even charged me for 1 1/2 hours even though it was hardly an hours worth of work. I think most electricians had dollar signs in their eyes this Ice Storm season.
