Dr. Roberta Patterson put false information in my chart. She was saying I had slurred speech and a slow response time. I was completely sober and composed. She also contradicted herself by starting a note saying that I gave no other information than that I was in pelvic pain. Yet further more she wrote that I was having bad side effects from my birth control and other information.
