Horrible! Went in to talk about getting work done on my vehicle, the old guy behind the counter was absolutely miserable. Do not recommend! there are better places to go in Outlook
I don’t think they really sell cars here. There was 3 cars I thought it was staff? Got to get some cars
Went to get a car. Bad selection, not friendly people. Would not recommend Merlin ford in Saskatoon would be a much better option
Called to inquire about a vehicle. Guy told me to just come and look at it whenever as it was parked out front. I said I can just look at the pictures of the ad if that's all I wanted. Told him I wanted to test drive and start it and see how it sounded turned on and he seemed to get annoyed. The feeling I got from him was that he wasn't interested in going out of his way to accommodate me so I apologized for interrupting his day and hung up. Would never go out of my way to look at a vehicle there.
Consistent service and a desire to please, even the most fussiest customer, me! Better than any other bigger "dealership" stores!
