Saw Dr. Reid for a routine Pap smear. She pressed on my stomach and I was having a bit of pain so we discussed my IUD. I later get charged $25 after insurance coverage because that small discussion was not “preventative” so it fell outside of the scope of what insurance covers under a Pap smear. Doctors have the discretion to charge for these types of things and I guess Dr Reid is one who does. Ridiculous.
I thought Dr. Reid was very professional and courteous. She answered my questions and explained what I needed to know. I would recommend her.
Dr Reid has been terrific on every visit. She is genuine and very professional. Her follow up is immediate and she always makes healthy recommendations.I would highly recommend her!
