As with the rest of Reid Healthcare, they don't care about you. You are just a number to these people so they can get paid. Ordered diabetic shoes last September. Just got them a couple weeks ago, and still can't wear them because I'm still waiting for inserts! 7mo. for shoes?!?! But you already got paid the $500 you charged my insurance. I will NEVER come here again for ANYTHING!
