Installed a new furnace,air conditioner, on demand water heater in a timely manner. But very unresponsive for calling back for maintenance.
Jason does a great job and is nice to work with as well. His pricing is much better than the others. He’s a food guy and really takes care of his customers.
New house, old AC. Installed my AC. Later that day, water from the condenser all over the floor, came the next day and fixed it. Yay! The cold weather comes, No heat from a furnace I’m not familiar with. Contact him. No reply. Called another contractor. Paid for a service call. A few minutes and $125 later, The second contractor turns on the gas valve and I have heat. Contacted Reid a month ago and told him he should pay for the service call.
