Our air conditioner stopped working in the midst of very hot weather in July 2025. There was a quick fix option and a more costly, but more reliable, repair. Knowing that our system was nearing the end of its 10-year warranty, Reid Heating and Cooling chose the latter option--- a more complex and expensive (for them) solution, just so we would be spared additional repairs once the warranty ran out.
