Have had a service plan for years. The furnace stoped working at 9pm. The had a repair person in 1hr. Control board was fried. They ordered the part and installed it the next day. Amazing service! Thanks Scott and Liam!

Just had Reid Heating and Cooling tune-up both our furnace and gas fireplace. As usual, they did an excellent and professional job, plus answered all my queries. I've been using Reid for over 10-years, and purchased my furnace & hot water tank from them. They are also coming over later in the month to clean our ducts. Never a problem with them.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the midst of very hot weather in July 2025. There was a quick fix option and a more costly, but more reliable, repair. Knowing that our system was nearing the end of its 10-year warranty, Reid Heating and Cooling chose the latter option--- a more complex and expensive (for them) solution, just so we would be spared additional repairs once the warranty ran out.
