Everything appears ti be back to normal. Had to reconnect one of the heating ducts as no air was coming through.

Called at 12 about an issue we were having, and they were able to send someone over in a few hours. Issue diagnosed and fixed same day, and they they gave us a discount since we already had a general service appointment earlier in the year. I hope we don't have to call them again anytime soon, but if we do, at least it won't be an unpleasant experience.
Great service - quickly diagnosed my AC issue as a dead capacitor. Replaced the dead part on the spot, as they had the part on the truck. Happy to have working AC again, even if it’s towards the end of summer
