I went to the Reid's store in New Bern , NC inside walmart. I walked to the glasses door and pulled twice at 11:00 thinking maybe I could get a walk-in not know the store was now Reids instead of Walmart Vision Center. I People inside just looked at me and went back to what they were doing. There isnt a sign on the door saying the hours or the way they do business had changed. At least one of the workers could have at least come to the door and explained. I was masked up to make that easy. This is very poor customer service.... read more
