Didn't answer calls and finally responded to about the 5th sms very rudely. Shame. I did like that property and was willing to pay more than it eventually sold for.

In my opinion the interactions we had in purchasing a property sold by Reid and Co were not to the professional standard and courtesy that I’d expect. They were very untimely with responses. Even in the negotiation phase we were waiting 2-3 days for responses, and not getting called back. Attempting to resolve issues of purchase conditions, arranging an inspection report, not enough keys etc was all surprisingly arduous.
We have previously used another Scarborough agent we believed was the best on the Peninsula, Oh boy was we wrong. So, we looked for another agent and came across Cameron and his team. I can comfortable say there is a reason Reid & Co has the most listings, because they are awesome at what they do. Cameron committed to our sale and was very supportive getting the campaign under way. I haven't met an agent before with this kind of commitment.
