I have been with Reid Brothers since 2007 having purchased my furnace and air conditioner from this company. My most recent servicing was handled by two polite, knowledgeable service technicians, Joe and Jan, They were patient as they explained how to change thermostat , systems and fan settingsThey also serviced the furnace ...cleaned, washed the filter and tested to make sure everything would run smoothly . I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! First of all, they were SO responsive and gave me an appointment that worked for me. When they arrived they were warm and kind, and I felt totally comfortable having them in my house while I worked . They worked really quickly and found the source of the issue, fixing it quickly and making sure not to have me replace anything unnecessary. Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity that not every company is looking to squeeze as much money out of a client as they can!
