The service was quick and efficient. Great!!! However, when we had the Rennai tankless hot water unit replaced in 2017, with the same brand, this unit failed at the same spot... the copper elbow corroded enough to leak. You were prepared to replace this unit with a new 'clone', aware that this problem was endemic with this model. Was I was now expected to spend another $5000 on a unit with a lifespan of only 8-9 years??
