We were very happy with the service provided by Reid Brothers to service our Navien on-demand gas water heater. The technician cleaned everything thoroughly, including sanding the igniter, to see if that would remedy the problem. When the issue recurred, another tech came out and replaced it. Overall, the price was fair and the problem was solved in a potentially money saving manner. It was a huge bonus that they did not charge overtime on a Saturday before 3pm. Thanks!
