Not impressed with the service at this dealership. My truck has been there for 5 days and I am still waiting for an estimate. Hard to get any answers from service. I would consider going elsewhere if I had an option. Stuck without a vehicle is upsetting.
I had a great, fantastic experience with Jane and Lindsay at Reid Brothers. Jane was so understanding of my work schedule by texting me updates. When my first car choice did not work out she found even a better Cadillac that fit right into my budget. Lindsay pulled it all together. Thanks to a fantastic team. I went to get a vehicle from two ford locations and was a nightmare start to finish. Never got the car I wanted on the deadline I needed. Luckily I came to Reid Bros and Jane & Lindsay were amazing! Jane explained the ins and outs of the vehicle and got me everything I wanted while Lindsay got me approved fast. I can’t wait to pick up my new vehicle and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
