I normally do not leave negative reviews, but after the experience I’ve had with Reid Bros Belleville over the past year and a half, I feel other owner-operators should be aware. I spent approximately $9,000 on safety and repair work for a truck that was only 3 years old and a trailer that was 2 years old. Since then, I’ve dealt with ongoing alignment and steering issues that were never properly resolved. I booked 3 weeks in advance for an annual safety so when my truck got there it was supposed to be looked at right away. Once my truck was there it sat for 3 days before they finally looked at it, then took 2 more days to provide an estimate for work. To top it off when I finally got the estimate all parts where marked up 2 to 3 hundred percent above OEM price.

Great place. Parts counter helped me out with what I needed. And Alisha At the counter was excellent nice and pleasant. Definitely will be back.
