Got hung up on as I was not done talking, extremely rude and not helpful. There was no engagement of me becoming a customer.
Reichert & Sons saved the day, and Christmas! Bill came out two days before Christmas to restart our system and fill our propane tanks (we ran out and were in the process of getting automatic set up with a different company). Within 8 hours things were back up and running. You have a new lifelong customer! Amazing customer service!!
Reichart & Son oil are by far the best. They are extremely responsive in here anytime I need them as quickly as possible. All the employees are nice and very respectful and thank us for using Reichert. They truly helped us out when my old company totally let me down, leaving me with an empty oil tank Reichart & Son was here to save the day.
Horrible customer service. Talks down to customers and unwilling to admit when oil is DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Avoid at all costs.
