Markus Powell is incompetent. Whenever he faces a challenge he will either threaten to quit or demand more money for tasks he has already been paid for. Don’t let this firm take advantage of you. If you have had any issues with Markus or this firm I would recommend filing a complaint. 1. Put your complaint in writing. It should be signed, dated, and sent to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 125 Slate Dr., Ste. 2, P.O. Box 2297, Bismarck, ND 58502-2297. You do not need a lawyer to represent you.
I'll never walk through these doors again, nor will I ever recommend them. I stopped in needing an attorney, left a message, two weeks go by and no call back. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and finally stopped in on Thursday. One finally called me back on Thursday. Explained my case and told me to stop in the next morning at anytime and we would go over it more. I left work to go there that morning only for the secretary to tell me they aren't in yet.
