In my opinion, run far and fast from this guy. If you are considering using him, make sure you get anything he promises to do in writing with painstaking detail, don’t assume anything (if he says he will install a kitchen sink and fixtures on a new counter, make sure it says “new kitchen sink and new fixtures”, not put the old one back in and charge 400 dollars for reinstalling the old one. They seem nice based on the one conversation I've had with them but I've sent them a message through their website and as their website indicates, I've called them twice when I didn't hear back. To date, I've reached one person who said they'd call back and when I didn't hear back when they said, I tried a second call. There I got a voice mail that's company name didn't sound like Reinhardt.
