I'd give zero stars if I could. They ruined my $230 coat, broke the buckle, and that's the good part. The woman working there actually called me of her own accord to yell at me about the difference of 2 dollars. The owner also flew off the handle when I told him that I wanted my $15 back because they ruined my coat. He said no and that "people want free, free, free." Dont use this cleaners - Under new management – No one tells you that the once reliable Reichardt Cleaners was sold and now under new management. Firstly, they can barely speak English 2) They say they do tailoring/repairs only to have them come apart weeks later and say "Its not our fault" after charging you higher prices than the competition. It is like a ghost town in there - I should have questioned why when the old Reichardts was constantly busy.

"Uniformly" good service – My son got something on his white band uniform jacket. He didn't know what it was. Of course, he left the uniform in its bag for several weeks after the end of the marching season before giving it to me to be cleaned. I took it to my regular cleaners and they returned it to me in pretty much its original stained conditon. Overpriced, but poor cleaning and pressing – I took eighjt (8) flat panel draperies to be cleaned and pressed here. When I was hanging them, I realized they were still dirty (lots of marks that should have easily come out). They appear to have been pressed poorly and given back still dirty. Also they did a relly poor, poor job pressing them, I had to redo them to get out all the wrinles with my own steam iron. I have gone to some great dry cleaners and some very poor ones, is this is one not to be trusted.
