Wait was way to long GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Unless you wanna wait more than an hour
Amazing doctors, but have to wait 2 months for a eye exam appointment.
The worst place. The people at the front desk should be replaced by robots — they’d surely be more efficient and polite. They treat children, but the place is not suitable for kids. Plus, they leave them waiting for up to two hours, always saying ‘you’re next,’ but letting their acquaintances who arrived later go in first. Awful — I don’t recommend it.
Dr. Isaac Reich and staff just went through the journey with me to repair the cataracts in both of my eyes. Instead of dealing with anxiety from eye surgery, I’ve been cared for meticulously and with mindfulness. Every single person, from Dr. Isaac on through to the techs at the surgical center (and with aftercare) was wonderful. Try the Odyssey multifocal lenses—I can see almost 20/20 after wearing Coke bottles for decades! Thanks, Dr. Reich and family.
