Unfortunately, my experience with the pediatric dental clinic has been very disappointing. The receptionist was completely uncooperative and had a very rude attitude. She changed our appointment twice, even though we had been preparing for it for an entire month. What’s even more frustrating is that after seven months of my daughter’s treatment, they contacted me asking for additional payment, claiming that the insurance did not cover all the costs.
