Unfortunately, my experience with the pediatric dental clinic has been very disappointing. The receptionist was completely uncooperative and had a very rude attitude. She changed our appointment twice, even though we had been preparing for it for an entire month. What’s even more frustrating is that after seven months of my daughter’s treatment, they contacted me asking for additional payment, claiming that the insurance did not cover all the costs. Dental offices are not my favorite places to visit. BUT - having my broken tooth repaired was quick and painless

Extremely rude and entitled receptionists who continue to make errors, delaying urgent treatment needed due to prolonged tooth pain. No word of apology either at not having called after having done x rays. No call to confirm that I had received the appointment set for the specialist. Seriously? Do better. The dentist here should hire new receptionists as these women are clearly due for retirement or other career paths.
