Love the store, but the new parking changes for sure will keep me away. They advertise 2 hours free parking, but in tiny print on literally one exit sign, they say you need to use the stupid diamond parking app to sign up for your free parking. Got a ~$40 ticket for just stopping in for 15m to pick up a $200 jacket I wanted to get in person instead of buying through their website or through amazon. There used to be tickets dispensed on entering at gates. Haven't been there for awhile so we assumed it was a 'free day' when gates were up and no attendants. Wrong. Got a ticket for not pre-paying. Honestly looked around but did not see instructions. On us, but I feel they could do a better job warning public as they turn into garage so it's clear what is expected.
