Super professional and friendly! I asked about a quote, a day later Matt and his daughter were here picking up the stuff from my backyard. Very sweet people and they were in and out in less than 45 mins, and we had a lot of stuff to haul away! Would recommend to anyone and definitely will be using again in the future. Thank you guys!! :)
Matt and his son are awesome! Matt has such great character, and as a parent myself, it was neat seeing the value of hard work being handed down to the next generation. We cleaned our garage/side yard and decided to call REI based on the great online reviews. Matt was very understanding and was able to haul our things away the same day I called! I can’t recommend them enough: great work ethic, reliable, honest/fair pricing, and just all around great people!
I highly recommend Matt with REI junk removal! He was friendly, prompt, communicative, and very easy to work with. We needed a hot tub removed from our yard and expressed to Matt that we’d prefer it go in one piece rather than cutting it up, so we could avoid fiberglass becoming airborne in our yard. Would highly recommend! Quick response over holidays. Great pricing and sent me photos of finished work since I was not home at the time. Do not have before photo but the whole side of my yard was full of Random junk. Planter boxes, lots of cardboard, blinds, light fixtures, speakers, random wood….he took care of it all!
Great service. Called REI Junk Removal to clear out freezer, plywood and grill. Responded quick and got it removed immediately for a good price.
