Great place to work, especially for motivated individuals looking for a goal oriented team with awesome benefits. I would suggest any negative reviews may have been a result of an inability to complete tasks and the personal stress induced as a result of that lack of qualification originally presented upon hire.
I've been with REI since 2013 and it's the best and most professional place that I have ever worked. Everyone is always willing to help out their fellow co-workers with any task that might arise, no matter how big or small. I could not imagine myself being anywhere else other than REI :)
A great place to work! My colleagues are very well trained and everyone works toward the same result: Providing quality services to our clients. The Company is employee-owned and the benefits are very good too.
