Got a replacement for some hiking boots that were tearing my heels up. The sales guy helped me understand why my boots weren't keeping up, and pick out ones that would. Had to wear them right away, and they have been totally fantastic since.
Poor customer service, no greeting from any associates. Store looks good, clean, and fairly organized.
