First and last time ever going into an Rei store. Terrible experience with staff. None of the staff assisted with locating an item until I went to a manager at which point she had someone else help. That person then passed me off to another that didn’t assist with the item and just pushed the coop membership. Recommend going literally anywhere else.
Had an incident with my current bike rack while traveling across the country. We called ahead and I spoke to a super helpful, Makayla (I guessed how to spell it). Makayla was nice enough to track down and see if there was one in their store and another employee held it for me. Their service tech, Shawn, was also very helpful and actually installed it on our vehicle for us. Thanks for all of your help and the concern of my situation guys. I plan on taking full advantage of my new membership stuff.
This was a nice little place. When you are used to have a Cabela's down the road, I suppose it's hard to be impressed.
