Truly loved going to this store! After buying a $450 jacket. My 4 year ago son sat on a bike that was on the floor. A employee asked him to get off. I returned the jacket. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
I had the best first experience in REI OPK! I don’t recall the First Gentleman who helped me in the hiking boots dept glasses with darker hair he was helpful and then Pam took over and she was AMAZING very knowledgeable and thorough and I could tell she really enjoys what she does. She answered all my questions and some in great detail! I then asked another gentleman for assistance with gloves and he was beyond kind and helpful, took his time and helped me . They no longer carry the Merrill Moab 3 shoe in the stores. I am looking for someone who has them in stock. I need to be measured for correct size
