Staff was very helpful
I had a hard time finding the right jacket size and had to order different sizes online since they were not available in the stores. The manager, Georgia was professional and kind when. I had to return most of the jackets. Will definitely buy from them again. REI is alsi one of the few stores that sells waterproof insulated jackets.

I had an excellent experience at the Orlando park location. Every employee here was excellent but Chad specifically went above and beyond to teach me everything i needed to know and his charismatic positive personality is a pleasure to be around. I live 50 miles away but I will be doing my business here from now on. 10 stars.
