UPDATE- REI Did resolve the issue below and exceeded my expectations so I do sincerely appreciate it. I am still going to leave this information public because people need to know the fine print before making a purchase. —- I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used ... read more
