It was my very first time going to an REI before and everyone was so extremely kind and helpful! I was fitted with boots and learned a lot of info I didn’t know, I was fitted for a backpack from a diff person, everyone was so beyond kind and helpful! Also the stock options they have there is so cute! I definitely will be back!
Rei is the best outdoor store in stl
All but one employee we talked with was kind to us. Everyone else seemed like they had better things to do than to help out a customer who had questions and a positive attitude. Wife and I left with the intention to never return, I would recommend you try a local place like Alpine Shop
We had a wheel chair emergency Mike from the bike department was so amazing, he proved that there are still good people in the world. THANK YOU MIKE!!!!!
