Purchased a backpack, hiking shoes, trekking poles, socks and a headlamp. Quality of merchandise is great. But the pushy salespeople are excruciating. I don’t even think they make commission. Why are they so determined to pressure me into paying 30 dollars to sign up for a bs rewards program with practically no rewards??? I just can’t understand how anyone would care to sign up. Purchased a couple of inner tubes for a bike tire a week or so prior and one had a twist I had not seen before in it. Went in to double check if that was normal or if I should get a different one. Man working the bike counter was remarkably rude about it. He made it seem like I was idiotic for even asking about it.
