Recent 1 year purchase experiences were terrible. They push hard on REI membership sells, but it turns into a humiliating nightmare when you tried to put it into works. They apparently have good sells to survive past years. Customer satisfaction is the least they care now. Farewells, I’m not turning to this store any more.

This place doesn’t really sell anything useful, just a bunch of yuppy clothes. The guys in the ski shop are super lame, and whoever answers the phone has no idea what’s going on. Definitely not worth going to.

Clerk or Team Member was not very helpful and didn't make me feel like my business was welcome. I had placed 2 pairs of boots on the counter that weren't very dirty and she said several moments later that she had just cleaned the counter. I said 'oh I'm sorry' and placed them on the ground, then wiped the counter off. I was past the year in which I had bought one of the pairs, so there was nothing she could do for me. But these boots were not water-proof. I don't know, I've shopped at REI a decent amount, but I'll think twic... read more
