Everest ( not the Mt.) was fantasticly helpful w my E bike. Gave me great customer service.
A smaller REI from those I've been to, but Morgan helped me so much!! Literally the most personable and helpful worker I've ever had. Walked me through all gear I would need and helped me size and budget for my first backpacking trip. Great staff here not just looking to make a sale.
Cleaning fee for $10 because of rust 🤡just cancelled my membership and will never go again. If you charge a fee for so called FREE machine wax, say it and put it on the board.
