All store staff is very friendly and helpful, but I did not have a great experience with their return process. I came into exchange a pair of convertible pants that the zipper split on one of the legs. The cashier wanted me to look up on my phone on my account when and where I purchased them which I thought was odd. Then she asked another clerk how to manage this. This has always been a great location. Everyone is very helpful and are available to answer any questions. This time I was helped by Grace who was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with my boots purchase. Definitely recommend this location.

Brought them a used bike that I was looking at purchasing to make sure I was getting a good deal, and that it was in good mechanical condition. Specifically brought up that the seller said there was a rear suspension issue, and to look at that. They said that the rear suspension was fine, and the only issues they found were that the chain needed to be replaced, normal wear and tear, some small scratches on the front suspension, and the front tire needed to be replaced.
