Probably the worst REI location I’ve visited. Before a recent ski trip during the holiday, I had my skis machine-waxed at my local REI with no issues. After a few days of skiing, I stopped by this location for another wax, but the technician refused, claiming there were small dings that made it unsafe to run the skis through the machine—even though the service would have been under ten minutes. Jake at the REI shop was extremely helpful. I had some stubborn bolts I couldn’t remove on my own, and he was willing to take a look. He handled it carefully and got them off when I couldn’t. Super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Really appreciated the help!

Danielle was so kind and helpful when we came in near closing. We had come in to make a color swap on some shoes, but they didn’t have the color we were looking for. I was disappointed in the shoe options available, but Danielle was able to inform us of what else was available (plus the pros and cons of the options) and how we could get the most bang for our buck with our membership. Thanks REI for the great customer service!
