I love this location and I love that it's so close to me. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and kind. It isn't the biggest, so sometimes they don't have everything but they will order it for you and get it sent to your house or the store. Very convenient and never super crowded even during their big sales.
Customer service had terrible attitude. Presented receipt and two pairs of Altra boots still in the box, worn twice ($350 bought new) to return/ exchange/store credit, and nothing could be done since no membership purchased. Was even willing to purchase membership to appease policy but was turned away. Will not spend another dime with REI.
Great shopping experience. The gentleman working in the hiking boot area was very attentive. I liked and purchased the first pair of boots I tried on.
