Recent experience at this store was unpleasant, I’ve bought many things from this store and recently got the membership for the returns policy that comes with it. Im in healthcare and I use their HOOKAS running shoes for work. I’ve returned a pair of shoes before with 0 issues at all. The lady had tattoos didn’t get her name but she was wonderful. Love the friendly staff who were passionate about helping me find the right gear! I had a hard time deciding on which product to get and the staff nicely went thru the details

Super kind and friendly team. Special shoutout to Ariele (hope I got it right) who gave us tourists a few spots to checkout! Loved the coffee recommendation! The store isn’t the largest, but you’d be able to get really helpful tips!
