Usually great, but I had a couple bad experiences with bike repairs here.
I've never stood in line less than 10 minutes. Could be one person in line or five. Still takes 15
It's a standard REI, the shoe guy was helpful and pretty quick. We got what we needed efficiently. The checkout people were nice and friendly.
Honestly one of the weirdest stores I've been to. Understaffed and management unhelpful. More running and athleisure than outdoor recreation. Seems like the company does not live up to their marketing.
