For such an upscale Sporting Goods store, it's the worst place to go to buy sneakers unless you have a ton of time. I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews and wouldn't drop names in one but the young man who "waited" on me may have been knowledgeable about sneakers but Very inexperienced in Customer Service.
