Ladies doing vehicle pick up were great. Came out to make sure I wanted Thule in box, as they were happy to remove from packaging prior to delivering to me if desired.
Chris and Mariah in the backpack section were a great with helping my mom and I choosing a backpack perfectly fitting for our trip. They helped getting us the right size and even described each backpack in detail. Also while we were there they helped my mom chose sun protected clothing. Overall a great store and great workers.
Great products. Customer service was meh. Always great to get harassed about why I don’t want to sign up for their membership by some self-righteous she/her virtual signaler in green/blue hair.
