Good selection and great service! Found everything we needed before heading into Yellowstone. REI always comes through.
Selection is good per usual but we had to return a couple of bikes we purchased and Alex over in the bike section was rude when questioning why we were returning them. When we answered he scoffed at the reason and in general made the experience quite unpleasant. Won’t shop here again because of this honestly.
Despite this store is extremely expensive but the quality of the goods count.I used to go look around and browse but I never bought anything.
