Lots of options very nice staff
Hit up REI to grab my online pickup, and the first cashier kinda fumbled it, making a simple thing way too complicated! But then Joe steps in and BAM, scans my barcode, hooks me up with my gear in no time, all with an easygoing smile. Dude totally flipped the vibe after my brutal shift at the hospital. Joe, you’re killing it! This guy deserves a promo or fat raise for sure. Keep crushing it, man! REI’s got that solid customer service glow thanks to folks like him.
Always reliable and helpful with my outdoor equipment needs
Im an REI enthusiast and frequent shopper but my experience at this REI was frustrating. I have an REI credit card that I frequently pay with by hand entering the number from my online account at checkout, however, this REI would not allow me to do so and I was buying a nonrefundable item which made it extra frustrating. Doubt it's impossible since all REIs share the same POS system, but the Manager said they don't allow those payments. While traveling I realized I left my flip flops at home. I called REI in Kalispell, MT to see if they had what I needed and they did, and shared they had a large parking lot (were towing). When I got there two people offered to help direct me to what I needed, but nobody ever came to help me try on bike shoes. It was strange.
