We had a great experience today at REI. Kellan was so helpful and kind, he gave us good advice and recommended products based on what we need instead of trying to make a bigger price sell. Management is friendly and courteous. You can tell this place is well run and that the employees are treated well.
Very helpful staff. I went in to pick up an item ordered online and the experience was effortless. They were pleasant and efficient.
Lots of cool gear there and sale items. The sasquatch stickers are my favorite lol
just moved from the Wilmington area this local REI is the best thanks!
