Idk shoe section is weak. Small selection of hiking boots. No keen brand in sight… more hiking boots less hokas plz. Na but customer services here are helpful and kind.
Rude staff member raised his voice and became pretty nasty when my wife didn’t understand the specifics about a watch we were purchasing. Not a good idea.
Absolutely love going into REI stores. All the employees seem to be invested in customer service and they all seem to have first-hand experience with the products they're selling. I've even enjoyed comparing stories of expeditions with some of them. The product selection is really good and they have a very generous return policy if you're not happy with the product. What a great brand.
Went here 6/13/25 and had a phenomenal experience. Sam was the most wonderful worker. Super knowledgeable about climbing shoes and gear. He helped my friend and I find the right stuff. He also explained the benefits of the membership. Great dude, deserves a raise.
Scott was cool, full of info on garmin watches, and a great help making my purchase a breeze.
