I went for the first time in preparation for the Mammoth March in September. I'm very nervous about how my feet will hold up. Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands, features and benefits of the different hiking shoes and boots. I now feel confident that I have the right gear for the hike. Even though they didn't have the exact boots in the store, they will be shipped to my house free of charge thanks to the membership benefits :)
Great customer service, most employees are knowledgeable of the gear and provide good feedback and recommendations. Expensive but good quality with great return policy.
The staff is always polite and ready to help.
