Great options and helpful staff however it does seem a little busy and understaffed espcially during the weekends
Garrett in the bike shop saved my race weekend. I came in needing work done and he completed it as soon as he could. While making the adjustments to my bike, he ran me through the process so that I could understand what was being done. On top of the actual work that was done, he was informative and friendly. I highly recommend this shop and specifically Garrett as he knows what he's doing and is super personable!
I went to try on hiking shoes, I didn’t know what I wanted and did not want to walk out with any today. Kai S. helped me, he was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He was helping multiple people and stayed calm and so kind! Give Kai a raise he is amazing!
