I just bought a new bag from this location and the service was excellent. I was assisted by a man named Christopher who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me the bag I needed. Besides that, the staff was very friendly - overall a great experience.
Came in here looking for hiking boots. Employee who helped me insisted that I could not buy the boots I wanted in the men's section although I know my correct size. Employee refused to give me what I asked for. Instead of buying the hiking boots I needed, I left with nothing. Thanks Rei
When I had several questions about maintenance and fixing my new road bike, the team at ‘The Shop’ bike counter were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Julia and Savannah were both excellent! I really appreciate their help.
