When I had several questions about maintenance and fixing my new road bike, the team at ‘The Shop’ bike counter were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Julia and Savannah were both excellent! I really appreciate their help.
Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in multiple fields. Helped me size some items and find the best gift for my wife.
Service was horrible from the woman at the counter. My husband tried to redeem our rewards and the lady at the check out said “as long as you don’t hold up my line”
