I've been to this location numerous times and have always had a great experience especially when browsing around. Someone always asks if I need help when they walk by. Recently, I went in specifically to get sizing for some hiking shoes and trail runners I've been eyeing. Diane was super helpful with sizing my feet and finding the right fit for me! As a person of color, did not feel very welcomed here at all. Older white woman was following me around the whole time I was at the store.
Very helpful staff.
