This REI is the best. And I’ve been going to all the REIs across the country in Washington, California, etc. Amazing customer service. I mentioned to Peter at the front desk that I had just made a bunch of purchases a few weeks ago and missed the Labor Day sale and he let me know that he could give me a refund if it was within 14 days. Also the guy at the shoe area and I had a long chat about our experience with altras and got tips nobody else at other REIs told me. Never thought I would enjoy coming to this REI the most.
