I have always enjoyed my time in this REI store and today was even better! I went in looking to buy a pair of hiking boots. I found what I wanted but the fit was off and thought I needed a different boot. James offered to help. I explained the issue I was having with the fit and he had me stand on a boot insole fitting system. By replacing the original insole with different one the boots felt great.
