Will not shop here again. Was treated very rudely by management and accused of trying to scam the system due to multiple returns. 4 out of 5 of the returns were unused, still in box, all tags attached, returned within 12 hours of purchase due to wrong size once tried on at home. Love REI, they’re awesome for outdoor gear. The selection and prices are consistently great, but the real difference is the expert in-store advice. In particular, Ahmed was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with finding just the right pair of trail shoes. He’s a huge reason we love REI.

I am literally sitting in the parking lot of this store right now and i had to write a review for how amazing my service was. i was primarily helped by dinae (im not sure if thats how its spelled) and she literally crawled into a crawl space to find a product for me. thank you so much dinae. it was max a 10 minute outing and all of the workers on the floor were incredibly helpful and kind. i will be returning and i recommend this store and location to all. thank you guys so much!
