Been here a lot to get help with shoes (my parents and I go here all the time). Gotta say, the people here have always been so helpful! Any time I need advice on what new shoes to get before I take off for another round of training, I’ll always go to them!

Apparently they don’t care about customer support. Was here shopping for a car roof top carrier box. I was ready to purchase. Waited for a good amount of time, at least 15 mnts, for anyone from the support staff to show up to check out the product I was interested in, and no one turned up. Will pass this shop for future purchases.

This REI location doesn’t honor the company’s return policy. They make excuses to avoid accepting items.

Had a rather uncomfortable experience returning a mat I bought for camping. It didn’t quite meet my needs and I wanted to swap for something more comfortable. The employee at the counter “Joel” seemed to think I was abusing their return, asked that I go out and dust off the mat, educated me on their rentals as option etc etc. REI, I love your stuff and customer service. But it’s times like these that makes me want to look elsewhere. Do better Joel!
