Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this REI. I've shopped here for a while without any issues — this time was different. Earlier today, my mother returned two unused items on my behalf at the front desk. I'd opened both to check them out and repacked them a bit hastily, so they weren't pristine — that's understandable for staff to notice. Great experience easy to find everything great customer service and prices
I go there for bicycle inner tubes size 27.5×2-2.4 which are hard to find. I've tried other stores and I've been unsuccessful. With REI it's a guarantee on this size for $8.95 plus tax.
