The workers were so aggressive with their annual membership. Then the cashier Lauren was extremely rude to us. When she discovered we weren’t members, she started going through perks. We asked her to stop, she shared that we already knew the perks, she talked over us and we asked her to stop and let us pay and she literally told us to “wait” and with a mean face continued to give the presentation. That was so cruel and we will never return.
REI has friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help.
I would say if you have anything other than narrow feet, DO NOT. DO NOT. shop REI. The sales girl told me they don't carry very many wide sizes. I wasted almost 3 hours driving there to find this out, I just don't want anyone else to waste their valuable time.
