To be clear...My review is not of this store. My only experience there was fine. It is with ordering through REI. A company long known for great service has me cussing at a virtual assistant. They use OnTrac, which is garbage. My package is late, status hasn't been updated in 24 hours and it is impossible to talk to a human at either REI or OnTrac. I will never again order online form REI or any company that uses OnTrac.
I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the knowledgeable employee who helped me with my rock climbing gear. Will be coming back.
