REI always helps with everything.
I know REI employee are great everywhere, but this location really goes above and beyond. I've came through Reno multiple times while travelling and they always are super helpful, friendly and just take their time to really explain or understand what my needs are. Special thanks to Gary at the bike shop, although many of the employees here deserve shoutouts I just dont know what their names were
My shoe person (Jeff?) was so patient and helpful. Very happy with my new hikers after trying on 5 pair!! Thanks REI Reno
