Tried to make a return. Apparently the item was unreturnable, which is fine. No big deal. But just out of the gate they were very rude about it. It was straight accusatory with a “you should’ve known better” attitude. Customer Service is not a high priority at this location.
Great store for higher end outdoor activity gear. Sales staff are very helpful if needed.
This was a great store for a long time with helpful and informative staff - which seem to have all been replaced by contentious and condescending personnel.
