Knowledgeable staff wouldn't let me buy something that didn't fit and we're honest if I was looking at something I probably didn't need. Going on a once-in-a-lifetime trek through remote parts of Madagascar and their expert advice was reassuring. Everyone i spoke with had personal experience and shared their knowledge with me. Man in footwear on evening of 6/9 was not very helpful. Seemed like he didn’t even want to grab me shoes to try on. I just needed a couple of sneakers to try and it was like pulling teeth. They also hardly have any normal sizes for women
I’m leaving five stars, because I love the new running vest that I got!! I am absolutely obsessed I am a dog walker, and I was sick and tired of using my fanny pack to carry Around Things! I bought TheNathan running vest although the salomon was super fire! My only complaint is that they were rushing us because they were closing, However, Darryl was very helpful beyond helpful, helping me, and my wife find the perfect running vest.
