Not many clothes in the store
Was alway under the assumption that REI gave a lifetime guarantee on their products you buy from them. My REI air pad separated and they wouldn’t help in any way due to it being more than a year. Choose a different brand that stands behind their products for a few bucks more. Or just come in every year and return it for a refund before your 365 days is up, and buy a new one for a yearly refresh. Can’t beat em’ join em’
Well stocked but prices are high compared to same items at other online locations. Employees are at least in my experience lacking in know knowledge and overbearing. No I won't be back

We were told by a manager that the quality of the Keens products they carry in store has gone downhill and therefore REI will no longer honor their 1 year return policy. This is obviously not what I was told by an REI sales associate when I was sold the (very expensive) Keens 6 months ago. The sales associate I spoke with regarding the faulty product literally laughed in my face when I mentioned that the Keens product we purchased comes with a lifetime guarantee.
