your staff is second to none. receiving help from someone who has been there and done that is awesome. special props to bryan h who helped me with a backpack for my son going to philmont nm with the scouts. after learning he had been there i was immediately at ease. he isn't the only one with such first hand knowledge however. everyone i've talked to over the past 3 months preparing for this trip has been outstanding. you folks have changed where i shop for my gear and i thank you

I just spent three hours picking out new backpacks - the staff was patient, knowledgeable and kind. The equipment I got was well priced and the best on the market. I would highly recommend REI to anyone from novice (me) to hard core and to have confidence in the advice and equipment reduces stress when far from help.

Panic set in 2 wks before a 850+ mile bike ride. I needed to replace my wheelset and the bike guys here absolutely ROCK!!!!! They set me up with new wheels which absolutely performed top notch. I completed 860.29 miles of which a good 18 were over gravel, sand and dirt roads. The guys at REI Willowbrook were EXTREMEMLY helpful.

REI is the best store for all of ur outdoor activities. The store is awsome and u can find so many interesting things to look at.

I (unexperienced) went in wanting to get something for my experienced backpacker husband I had one idea for something. He appreciated the fact I got advice from the experienced sales people. Your sales staff is great. My husband was happy with the selection of the GPS. We were able to go in and get follow-up instruction. A great store for browsing and taking one away from the stress of the city life.

Notably good service experience They are sometimes more expensive but the equipment they sell is superior. The service is the best I have experienced. The staff REALLY knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them.
