Great experience at the REI on Sawmill! One of the employees took the time to tell us all about the REI store brand gear and the awesome perks of becoming a member. They were super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful — not pushy at all, just excited to share what REI offers. It really made us feel confident in what we were buying. Love the quality of the gear and the vibe of this location. We’ll definitely be back!
The 5 minute long high pressure membership sales pitch drove us out the door without buying anything.
Extremely friendly and helpful sales associates. Unfortunately, however, I was driven away after experiencing the membership sales pitch at the register. I couldn’t get a word in with the associate after realizing I selected the wrong product and needed to run back to the shelf to switch it out with another. Instead I decided to return it to the shelf and shop elsewhere.
Went for a carabiner. Great selection, friendly and helpful people.
