Great, helpful staff. I went in just to find some T-shirts and the sales associate showed me a number of different styles. Store is well laid out and spacious. Parking was a bit of a challenge.
Prices not clearly listed on many items
Outdoors stores always have fantastic customer service in my opinion, but these REIs employees really raise the bar on what good customer service is.
I hardly ever leave Google reviews but I just had to let people know how great the staff were here when I went. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there if I need more gear.
This place is probably one of the most unhelpful stores I’ve ever been in. Every staff member acts like they’re too good to talk to you. They’re actually super unwelcoming to people who are trying to learn about a new sport or hobby.
